Visits and prices
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We tell you what the work costs before any of it starts, and nothing happens until you agree.
How do I book a visit?
Book online, ask us to call you back, or call us. A few words about what the system is doing helps us come prepared.
Can I get an idea of the price before anyone visits?
Yes. Our instant price tool gives a typical range for a home like yours. We confirm the exact price after we see the system, and you get it before any work starts.
Do you show up on time?
Yes. We agree on a time that works for you and show up when we said we would.
Services
Which systems do you work on?
Furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, air conditioners, water heaters and thermostats. See all services.
Do you install new systems?
Yes. We replace worn-out equipment quickly and with as little disruption as possible. See replacement and installation.
Repair or replace: how do I decide?
Age, repair history, repair cost and safety all matter. Our repair or replace guide walks through it.
Maintenance
How often should my system be serviced?
Once a year for each system: heating in the fall, cooling in the spring.
What can I do myself between visits?
Change filters, keep outdoor units clear and test your alarms. Our seasonal checklist lists it all.
Urgent problems
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house right away, then call your gas company or 911 from outside. Do not switch lights or appliances on or off on the way out.
My heat stopped working. What should I check first?
The thermostat, the breaker, the furnace switch and the filter. Our no heat checklist walks you through each one safely.
Need heating or cooling help?
Tell us what is going on. You get the price up front, and we show up on time.
